If you received goods which are incorrect or faulty, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement can be issued. Please inspect any items you order from us on receipt as we will only accept products returned to us in their original condition and within 7 days from the date your order was despatched.
How do I return an item to you?
- Please contact us via our Contact page regarding your returns request or call us on 020 8427 3740. Once we receive your Returns enquiry we will process your request and email you a confirmation.
- We will then arrange to collect the returns from your stated collection address and inform you of an estimated collection date. There will be no freight charges for authorised returns.
- When we receive your returned item and have inspected the goods, we will organise the exchange or refund for you and confirm to you that this has been arranged.
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
